I can’t say enough great things about Soiree and especially Molli. Her style, confidence, organization, ideas and just general personality and the way she runs her business is all top, top notch! Molli and her team helped make the wedding everything we had dreamed of and even more. We had so many details and vendors that I was worried something would fall through the cracks - but with Soiree at the helm, nothing did!! Molli never missed a beat and never lost track of any of the many, many details. She was an absolute dream to work with. I can’t image having to plan a wedding or any event without her help and expertise. She loves what she does and it clearly shows. One example of how Molli and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect was when the groom’s grandparents were unable to travel for the wedding. Both were home in Florida and very upset they would be missing the wedding. My son-in-law asked Molli was there anything they could do. Molli immediately got a member of her team to hold up a cell phone to a speaker and called the grandparents. Throughout the entire ceremony they held the cell phone to the speaker and the grandparents could hear everything. That one little gesture meant so much to the groom and all of us and of course his grandparents.

Throughout the months of planning and continuing through the rehearsal, the wedding and the reception, you made sure everything was anticipated and completed on time. Yet, you were so organized and tactful in your approach that it often seemed we had thought of it ourselves. We couldn't count the number of people who told us during the reception: “Mr. and Mrs. Warren, you really know how to throw a great wedding.” The interesting thing about their misdirected compliment to us is that it actually illustrates very graphically how unobtrusively and effectively you conduct your business. You were everywhere, doing everything, making sure every detail was attended to, yet many people were unaware of your presence unless we pointed you out. Which we did repeatedly, by the way, because we were so proud of the fantastic job you had done and were doing. In retrospect, we find it downright scary that we ever considered doing this wedding without your guidance. As naive as it now sounds to us, we first looked at having a wedding coordinator as just another unnecessary expense. Looking back on it now, we know it was the best money we ever spent.

During the planning, Soiree kept in continual touch with us to inform us of things that needed to be done and to keep us abreast of what was happening with various vendors. My daughter arrived just one week before the wedding and it was a daunting task to fit everything into that short timeframe before the wedding. Soiree was masterful at arranging final meetings early in the week and staying in constant touch about the last minute details that needed to be addressed. It was wonderful to have someone who was on top of all details and who constantly reassured us that things were going together beautifully and reminding us not to worry- just to relax and enjoy the fun part of those final days. We were definitely able to do that and I cannot stress enough how much it meant to all of us involved in the wedding, to be able to totally put everything in Soiree’s capable hands on the day of the wedding. It gave each of us the freedom to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute of the day, from the photos through the end of the reception. I credit Molli and her attention to detail for everything going together in such a smooth, stress-free manner. I think all of us in our family would agree that there was not one thing we would change and that Molli’s competent, self confident manner assured us every step of the way that things would go together and be all that we had hoped for. We put our complete trust in her abilities and were so incredibly satisfied with the results.

In hindsight, how naïve it was of us to have entertained the notion that we didn’t need a coordinator! As promised, you took on so many of the detailed aspects of the logistics; for the wedding, the reception, the rehearsal and dinner, and even the family events earlier in the week of the wedding. We marveled at your ability to keep one eye on the thousands of details, and the other on the "big picture". Your regular reviews of the timeline with us were particularly helpful. It seems like nothing fell between the cracks. When we needed resources, you produced a wonderful array of people to draw upon. Like you, they are enthusiastic, creative processionals, and wonderful people to work with, and this made the process a really pleasant experience! In short, you continually exceeded our expectations, and enabled us to be fully present with our families and friends at all the events of the week.

You say that you want everyone to feel like they are your only clients. This is a statement that every bride wants to hear, and in your case, it is totally the truth. Even from another city, I was able to contact you anytime I needed to. I felt like you were totally dedicated to making our wedding exactly as we wanted it, with no other distractions. It must be hard to juggle all those weddings and priorities, but you do it well.

I so appreciate both your kindness and attention - everything from bringing me a plate of food, loading up the gifts, personally wrapping the CDs, training the "program handler," keeping us on schedule, to saving us from excessive time spent picture taking! I'm not sure how you managed to be everywhere at once, but it was certainly noticed.
